McAllen, Passport Division, Vitals, Birth and Death Records

McAllen TX - The City of McAllen’s Passport Division and Vitals, Birth & Death Records office will open Saturday, Sept. 19, at the Downtown Parking Garage, 221 S. 15th St.
Passport services will be available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and vitals services will be available from 8 a.m. to noon, both on a first-come, first-served basis.
Residents are asked to bring a valid ID, and a check or money order is required, according to the city.
