MCALLEN TX - The International Museum of Art & Science will host its 47th Annual Collage Gala on Friday, Aug. 28, 2026, at the McAllen Convention Center Ballroom. The event is IMAS’s premier annual fundraiser, bringing together community leaders, supporters, and cultural advocates in support of the museum’s art and science education programs.
Proceeds from the gala directly fund hands-on programs, exhibitions, and learning experiences for children, families, and learners of all ages across the Rio Grande Valley. As the region’s only museum of art and science and an affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution, IMAS serves a community where more than 25% of the population lives in poverty.
The evening will feature fine dining, live entertainment, auctions, and immersive art and science experiences.
Tickets and reserved tables are available now. Advance table and ticket reservations are available through the IMAS Development Department as of July 1, 2026, with early table reservations available through sponsorship.
