McAllen TX - The City of McAllen is searching for an Honorary Animal Grand Marshal to join the 2026 McAllen Holiday Parade presented by H-E-B and powered by Bert Ogden Rio Grande Valley during Wild Christmas, marking the first time an animal will hold the honorary role.
Pet owners may enter their dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, reptiles, or other animals for a chance to ride in the parade, receive VIP tickets, and serve as the official Honorary Animal Grand Marshal. One entry is permitted per pet. Entries close Oct. 31, 2026.
