McAllen TX - The McAllen Public Library and RGV Arts & Empowerment Foundation are offering a free Teen Salsa 101 class Tuesday, Sept. 29 at 5 p.m. at the Palm View Branch Library, 3401 Jordan Rd. W.
The class is part of Hispanic Heritage Month. Teens in grades 6–12 will learn beginner steps, rhythm and partner dance techniques. No prior dance experience is required.
