Edinburg, TX - Teen readers and trivia fans will have a chance to test their knowledge while enjoying ramen during an upcoming themed event at the Palm View Branch Library in McAllen.
The “Ramen & Trivia” program is scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, at 4:30 p.m. at the Palm View Branch Library, located at 3401 Jordan Road West.
According to organizers, the event will feature trivia centered on Asian American and Pacific Islander cultures, history and pop culture references. Participants will also be able to enjoy bowls of ramen while competing and socializing with friends.
The program is open to students in sixth through 12th grade.
Library officials said the event is designed to combine cultural learning with interactive activities aimed at engaging local teens in a fun and relaxed environment.
