McAllen TX - The McAllen Public Library Advocates will host a pop-up book sale Saturday, Aug. 8, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Main Library Bookstore, 4001 N. 23rd St.
The sale will feature a wide selection of gently used books including bestselling fiction, nonfiction, children’s books, romance, paperbacks, and libros en Español. Hardbacks are priced at $1 and paperbacks at 50 cents. Credit or debit card payments only. Shoppers are encouraged to bring their own bag.
