McAllen TX - The McAllen Public Library will host Cine Sin Cámara, a free bilingual hands-on filmmaking workshop, on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in Meeting Room AB at the Main Library, 4001 N. 23rd St.
Presented in partnership with ENTRE RGV Film Center and Regional Archive, the workshop is open to all ages. Participants will explore Direct Animation by drawing and painting directly onto film to create camera-less motion pictures. All materials are provided.
