McAllen, TX - The City of McAllen will host the 2026 PONY Summer Super Series: International Tournament of Champions from July 23–26 at the McAllen Youth Baseball Complex.
Opening ceremonies are scheduled for July 22, according to the announcement.
Tournament details
The tournament will feature teams from across the Rio Grande Valley, Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Mexico. Divisions will include age groups 5U through 12U.
Organizers said participating teams are guaranteed four games, including two pool play matchups that will determine seeding for a double-elimination bracket.
Awards
Awards will include team trophies, banners and rings for first- and second-place teams. Individual honors will include Most Valuable Player recognition for each game and an overall Tournament MVP award.
Registration information
The entry fee is $400 per team. The tournament is open to all teams, including those not affiliated with PONY leagues, according to the announcement.
City officials said the event is intended to bring regional teams to McAllen while providing competitive opportunities for youth athletes.
