McAllen, TX - The City of McAllen, in partnership with MEND Collaborative, will host a Town Hall Meeting on March 26, 2026, to discuss updates affecting downtown development. The meeting will focus on proposed changes to the Unified Development Code and an ongoing study guiding future growth in the downtown area. The session will take place from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at McAllen City Hall Commission Chambers, 1300 W. Houston Ave.
Meeting purpose
According to the announcement, downtown business owners, small business operators and members of the public are invited to attend and provide feedback.
